Bartending Services

Included in our Package for 5 hours of service: Can be adjusted to budget or need, please inquire for prices 

(DOES NOT include the Alcohol)

● 1 TABC/Food Handler Certified Bartender with General Liability Insurance for up to 65 Guests to tend to

● Up to 5 hours of service and travel within 50 miles of the San Antonio Area (Plus setup 1.5 to 2 hours prior & Breakdown immediately after end time-included in base price)

● Disposable plastic 12 oz Cups for Cocktails, 9 oz Wine & 1 oz Shot Glasses

(if venue allows shots)

● Napkins, Straws, Stir Sticks, Basic Garnishes (Cherries, Oranges, Lemons & Limes)

● Bitters with Luxor Cherries, Simple Syrup OR Agave Syrup, Triple Sec, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Grenadine, Beer Salts, & Margarita Salt, Chamoy & Tajin Rimmer

● Table & Portable Bar Set Up with Bar Coolers

● A Complete Alcohol Shopping list (Liquor, Beer, Wine, Alcoholic Mixers, etc.) & 1:1 Zoom Meetings to work out all the details.

● Bar Frame with Custom Menu (8 x 10 with Signature drinks and all spirits, beer and mixers available for your guests) matching your events theme and or colors

● All Bar equipment needed & bar decor

 

***We can arrange pick up for Alcohol if ordered ahead and placed at Total Wine or Specs in Selma and deliver to your venue the day of the event. We’ll box up all remaining opened and unopened liquor and leave it for you at the end of the event. We recommend bringing a cooler for any beer that is opened and on ice.

• Mixers: Sodas, & Juices for spirits and non-drinkers/kids:

Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Lime Flavored Seltzer, Tonic Water, & 2 Juices- (OJ, Cranberry, Pineapple or Grapefruit.) Client can make changes to above selection & select the 2 juices. Additional juices or soda selections in additional to the above may be an additional charge.​

 

• Signature drinks: 

(2 to 3)-drinks with special garnishes like edible flowers or fresh fruits like pineapple slices, candies, etc. This is a highlighted drink like “His”, “Hers” and “Ours”. Additional mixers, juices and garnishes are included for these specific drinks.​

 

• Water & lemonade station -self-service with cups

Highly recommended for all size events for hydration
